Mitchell\u2019s passing has left family, friends, and members of the community mourning the loss of a life that meant so much to those who knew and loved him.<\/p>\n According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the heartbreaking incident occurred at approximately 10:29 a.m. near 10864 Highway 48<\/strong>. Mitchell was traveling north along the east shoulder of Highway 48 when he reportedly lost control of the four-wheeler and was ejected.<\/p>\n Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported Mitchell to Creek Nation Hospital<\/strong>, where medical personnel worked to treat the injuries he sustained in the crash. Sadly, despite those efforts, Mitchell later passed away from his injuries.
