Linda Rouse, 77, of Audubon, Minnesota, will be remembered with love and deep sadness following a tragic head-on collision on Highway 95 near Princeton. Her life was taken in a devastating crash Wednesday afternoon, leaving family, friends, and loved ones to mourn a woman whose presence meant so much to those around her.<\/p>\n
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 3:50 p.m. near 150th Avenue in Mille Lacs County. Authorities said a vehicle traveling east crossed the center line and collided head-on with the vehicle carrying Linda Rouse and others. Despite the efforts that followed the collision, Linda sadly died from her injuries.<\/p>\n
Her husband, 79-year-old Arden Rouse, who was driving the vehicle, was transported to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Another passenger, 74-year-old Janet Huntley, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, 52-year-old Jason Ziebarth of St. Cloud, was taken to North Memorial with life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation, and authorities indicated that alcohol may have been a factor.<\/p>\n
