Johnnie Jacobs, known as \u201cThe Fisherman\u201d in the story surrounding Mica Miller\u2019s death, was reportedly on the river that heartbreaking day when he heard Mica crying. Then came the sound that would forever change the course of his life\u2014a fatal gunshot.<\/p>\n
According to accounts of that day, Jacobs later returned to the area and discovered Mica\u2019s belongings. He took them with him, left the scene, and eventually returned in another vehicle before handing those belongings over.<\/p>\n
