Two Lives Lost, Two Families Forever Changed.💔
With broken hearts, we remember Cristin S. Allen, 42, of Enon, Ohio, and Theodore D. Newburg, 7, of Fairborn, Ohio, two precious lives tragically lost in separate crashes in Clark County within just hours of one another. Though they were different ages and lived different lives, both left behind families, friends, and loved ones who must now face a pain that words can never fully capture.
On Monday night, August 31, Cristin S. Allen, 42, lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Fowler Road in Mad River Township. Shortly before 9 p.m., Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers responded after a Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special traveling north went left of center, left the roadway, and entered a ditch. Cristin was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Cristin was only 42. There should have been more mornings, more conversations, more rides, more laughter, and more memories still waiting to be made. His passing leaves behind an emptiness that only those who loved him can truly understand.
Just one day earlier, Theodore D. Newburg, only 7 years old, of Fairborn, was taken from this world in a heartbreaking two-vehicle crash at New Carlisle Pike and North Tecumseh Road in Bethel Township.
Theodore was just a child—far too young to understand how fragile life can be. He should have been growing up, making friends, celebrating birthdays, going to school, chasing dreams, and filling his family’s home with the beautiful sounds of childhood.
Instead, his family is left holding memories and wishing for one more hug, one more smile, one more ordinary day together.
Two lives. Two families. Two devastating losses.
For Cristin’s loved ones, the grief is the sudden silence left by a man whose life ended far too soon. For Theodore’s family, it is the unbearable heartbreak of losing a child before his story had the chance to unfold.
