In Loving Memory of Emerald Tingue and Eric, Two Precious Lives Gone Too Soon.
With profound sadness, we remember Emerald Tingue, 29, and Eric, 51, two precious lives tragically taken far too soon following a devastating motorcycle crash in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 29, 2026. Their sudden passing has left their families, friends, and loved ones facing a heartbreaking loss that words can hardly express.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., emergency authorities received a 911 call reporting a motorcycle crash near Highway 175 and Highway 164 in the Town of Polk. Deputies, police officers, Wisconsin State Patrol troopers, firefighters, and rescue personnel rushed to the scene to provide assistance. Despite their immediate and courageous efforts, both victims sadly died.
Emerald, only 29, had so much more life ahead of her. There were dreams still waiting to be fulfilled, memories yet to be created, and countless moments that should have been shared with the people she loved. Her journey ended much too soon, but the memories of her life will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Eric, 51, leaves behind a lifetime of memories, relationships, and moments that can never be replaced. His absence will be deeply felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. The people who loved him will carry his memory through the years, remembering the moments they shared and the impact he had on their lives.
No words can truly ease the pain of such an unexpected goodbye. In the days ahead, family and friends may find comfort in holding tightly to the memories, photographs, stories, and love that Emerald and Eric left behind.
May they be remembered not only for the tragedy that ended their lives, but for the lives they lived and the people they touched.
Gone too soon, forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. May Emerald Tingue and Eric rest in eternal peace.
