A Love That Will Never Be Forgotten.

The Greene County community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Timothy W. Graham, 77, of Columbia City, and his beloved wife, Carol A. Graham, whose lives were tragically taken in a devastating crash on Interstate 69 on Saturday morning, August 29, 2026.

The couple was traveling along southbound I-69 near mile marker 93 in the Scotland area when a collision involving their truck and an unoccupied semi being used for a construction project changed everything in an instant. Despite the efforts that followed, Timothy and Carol could not be saved. Their passing leaves behind an immeasurable emptiness for everyone who knew and loved them.

The crash also seriously injured a 29-year-old Fort Wayne construction worker, who was transported by medical helicopter to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. Behind every tragic accident are families, friends, and loved ones whose lives are forever changed by a single heartbreaking moment.

Timothy and Carol will be remembered not for the circumstances of their passing, but for the lives they lived, the memories they created, and the love they shared. A lifetime together cannot be measured by the final moment—it is found in countless ordinary days, cherished conversations, shared laughter, and memories that remain long after someone is gone.

As family and friends grieve, may they find comfort in knowing that Timothy and Carol’s lives mattered deeply. May the memories of their love bring warmth during the darkest days, and may their legacy continue through every person whose life they touched.

May Timothy and Carol rest peacefully together, forever remembered, forever loved, and never forgotten. 🕊️❤️
