Harris County Murder Investigation, Nicole Karastury Elliott Killed, Andrew Roy Harris Wanted.
Nicole Karastury Elliott, 35, was killed following a reported domestic dispute involving 36-year-old Andrew Roy Harris of Phenix City, according to authorities investigating the tragic incident in Harris County. Elliott was found unresponsive in a yard Monday after suffering a gunshot wound, prompting a murder investigation and an active search for Harris.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the incident reportedly stemmed from a domestic dispute between Elliott and Harris. Investigators said the confrontation occurred at approximately 10:04 Monday morning. A 911 call was received shortly before 1 p.m., leading authorities to respond to the scene, where Elliott was discovered deceased.
Following the shooting, Harris allegedly fled the area. Authorities say he was last seen on foot in Phenix City after leaving the America’s Best Value Inn near the U.S. Highway 280 bypass. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Harris in connection with the case, and he is wanted on charges of Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault.
Authorities are warning members of the public not to approach Harris because he is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him or has information regarding his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately or contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
