According to police, Amanda was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The Acadia was being driven by a 17-year-old girl from Boyers, who was seriously injured and flown by AHN LifeFlight to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Authorities have not released the extent of her injuries.
