In the early hours of Sunday morning, a devastating crash involving a Georgia State Patrol vehicle and a GMC pickup truck changed everything. Anthony, a passenger in the pickup, was taken to the hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries.
Nineteen years is far too short a lifetime.
