Their sudden passing has left their families, friends, classmates, and the wider Spartanburg community facing an unimaginable heartbreak.

     

    Luke had just celebrated his 15th birthday, making the tragedy especially painful for those who loved him. At only 15 years old, he had so much life ahead of him, with dreams still waiting to unfold and countless memories yet to be made. Gennadii, 19, was also taken far too soon, while Danny, 17, was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Each of them was a young person with a future that should have continued for many years.

     

    The crash occurred shortly after 2 a.m. at the intersection of Jennings Road and Highway 221. Authorities said the vehicle was attempting to evade law enforcement when it crossed the intersection and struck a tree, causing the vehicle to catch fire. Luke, Gennadii, and Danny sadly died at the scene.

    According to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center, Hailey was driving when her vehicle was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer at approximately 11:35 a.m. near Race Street and Airport Road. The crash left her with critical injuries, and she was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg for emergency medical care. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Hailey sadly succumbed to her injuries.

     

    At only 21 years old, Hailey had so much life ahead of her. Her passing is a heartbreaking reminder of how quickly a single moment can change the lives of families and communities forever. Those who knew her are now left with treasured memories, photographs, conversations, and countless moments that will forever remain close to their hearts.

    According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 1:16 a.m. at the intersection of Lucas-Hunt Road and Maywood Avenue. Miles was reportedly driving an SUV southbound on Lucas-Hunt Road with three passengers when the vehicle traveled at a high rate of speed, crossed the center line, left the roadway, and struck an electrical pole with tremendous force.

    Despite the severity of the crash, Miles could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passing leaves behind a profound sense of grief for those who knew and loved her.

    Three passengers were also injured. A 21-year-old woman suffered serious injuries, while a 30-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries. All three were transported to area hospitals for treatment.

    The crash also damaged an electrical pole, reportedly leaving thousands of customers without power as crews worked to restore service.

Columbus police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, a fire department boat, drones, and other resources were involved in the search, while the Dillingham Street Bridge was closed during the emergency response.

     

    According to the Muscogee County Coroner’s Office, Bryce was later found near the Columbus Trade and Convention Center. He was pronounced deceased at approximately 8:57 a.m. Tuesday, August 18. Authorities determined that his cause of death was accidental drowning.

    According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the incident reportedly began with a domestic dispute involving Elliott and 36-year-old Andrew Roy Harris of Phenix City. Authorities said the confrontation occurred at approximately 10:04 Monday morning. A 911 call was received shortly before 1 p.m., prompting an emergency response.

     

    Investigators say Harris fled the area following the shooting and is now wanted by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault. He was reportedly last seen on foot in Phenix City after leaving the America’s Best Value Inn near the U.S. Highway 280 bypass.

     

    Authorities are warning the public not to approach Harris because he is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him or has information about his whereabouts is urged to immediately contact 911 or the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
