With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we remember 46-year-old Simeon Onnette of Lauderhill, Florida, whose life was tragically taken in a devastating vehicle crash in Barbour County, Alabama, on Saturday morning.
Simeon was traveling as a passenger in a Toyota Sienna when, at approximately 4:23 a.m., the vehicle left U.S. 82, struck a ditch and then a tree before overturning. Despite the tragedy that unfolded, Simeon could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A life filled with memories, relationships, laughter, dreams, and moments shared with loved ones has been painfully cut short. Behind every headline is a person who mattered deeply—a person whose presence brought meaning to the lives of family and friends. Simeon was more than a name in a report; she was someone who was loved, cherished, and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her.
